This program provides a brief introduction to digital photography as well as illustrates some of the basic differences between digital photography and film photography. Students will be be introduced to various types of digital cameras and storage mediums, and elements such as resolution size, framing, and file formats will be discussed. Methods for transferring the digital images from the camera to a computer will also be illustrated. A brief overview of image manipulation software programs, primarily Adobe Photoshop, will also be provided. Key vocabulary words such as "pixel," "resolution," "autofocus," and more will be introduced throughout the program.Price:
